QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

How does it work?

Our cellular booster captures the signal outside your home, amplifies it, and broadcasts it inside. That means calls will be clear and steady, eliminating static and dropped calls.

What are other benefits?

  • Works in an emergency during a power outage

  • Works without internet access; it doesn't use any of your already slow bandwidth

  • Works with all carriers

  • Lose your landline

  • Makes your rental property more marketable

The signal is very weak at my house. Can you still help me?

Yes. We can take a very weak outside signal and turn it into a usable signal inside your home.

What about using my carrier’s network extender?

Network extenders offer a limited improvement and are based on the speed and reliability of your internet connection. Slow or inconsistent internet connects make this a band-aid fix rather than a long-term solution. Our boosters work without relying on your internet.

I see boosters that cover 5000 sf on Amazon, can I just buy that?

Keep in mind that booster manufacturers claim the highest possible coverage area under ideal flat conditions when the outside signal strength is the best possible. Here in Pagosa, our conditions are less than ideal. In reality, a claim of 5000 sf coverage is more like 700 sf.

What equipment do you use?

We use equipment that the manufacturers claim 20,000 - 25,000 sf coverage. In reality, that gives about 5000 sf of coverage in less than ideal Pagosa. We use WilsoPro and SureCall large building series, which Amazon doesn’t sell.

What is the process?

We will come to your property, do a site survey and design a solution that will work based on the outside signal strength, building materials and the size of your building.

What does it cost?

While every property is different, typically, complete residential systems including professional installation, range from $1200 to $2500 depending on the outside signal strength, building materials and the size of your home.

Commercial buildings range from $2000 to $4000 and up.
